Anja joined Sensity in 2016 after moving from Cologne to Luxembourg. Before that, she was a senior consultant at one of the largest digital agencies in Germany and worked as an expert in the areas of digital strategy, branding and user experience. She also ran her own brand strategy and corporate identity design consultancy for over seven years.

 

Anja believes in connecting stakeholders to define a strong foundation for successful projects and efficient solutions. She is a passionate workshop leader for her clients, takes managerial responsibility, and drives inspiration and motivation.

In her previous roles, Anja held client responsibility and has worked as a lead consultant for digital projects for the METRO GROUP, KYOCERA Document Solutions and the Vaillant Group. She has also worked in the areas of workshops, strategy and innovation consulting for Lufthansa Miles & More, Allianz, FIFA and others.

 

Anja holds keynotes about design thinking and customer and brand experience at schools and universities. She graduated at KISD (University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany), specializing in Interface Design and Design Management. Anja is registered »Conseil en Design« in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
