By using foresight methods, Benjamin helps organizations to become more innovative and resilient towards future developments. He believes in bringing different stakeholders together and quickly prototyping new concepts for more informed decision-making. Since joining Sensity in 2020, Benjamin has facilitated projects ranging from design-driven insights to futures research.

Coming from a strategic design background and now specializing in futures studies, he enables organizations to engage with transformational changes effectively.

In the past, he worked independently and as an innovation consultant on topics such as hydroponic farming, dementia care, smart home technology and public infrastructure. Inside and outside of work, Benjamin is driven by a constant interest in societal phenomena, human connection and change processes.
