Service Design Global Conference 2026

We are pleased to be an official partner of the Service Design Global Conference (SDGC), taking place from 28–30 October in the Frankfurt Rhein-Main region. Organised by the Service Design Network, this year's edition means the global service design community is gathering almost on our doorstep.

Our service design team, led by Stefanie Ellwanger and Marcel Befort, will be on site to follow key discussions, exchange with peers, and explore current developments in practice. The conference offers a valuable opportunity to gain insights, reflect on methodologies, and strengthen professional networks across industries.
