Tobias works at the intersection of cultural analysis and communication, helping organizations develop their brand identity. After completing his Master's degree in Applied Cultural Sciences at Leuphana University Lüneburg, he worked in sustainability consulting at Scholz & Friends Berlin. Since establishing his independent practice in 2011, he has combined copywriting precision with strategic communication insight, supporting clients from cultural and industrial sectors. This work gradually expanded to include the conception and overseeing of website projects and brand development processes.

From 2014 to 2019, he supported establishing the online music magazine VAN, where he co-shaped its editorial concept and tone of voice. Additionally, he served as an editor, podcast producer, and moderator for audience discussions. Since 2018, he has been collaborating with Sensity on user experience and branding projects. He contributes strategic, conceptual and linguistic expertise to these projects, as well as project management, working for clients including Deutsche Telekom, various Luxembourg ministries, and other public and private organizations.
