Since April 2024, Veronika supports Sensity’s research team. She is currently pursuing a Master in Psychology, focusing on Work and Organizational Psychology, with an interest in how humans perceive brands, design, and technology. Her work centers on user needs, human intuition, and emotions, and includes a passion for workshop facilitation and collaborative problem-solving.
During her Bachelor's at the University of Trier, Veronika worked on a thesis in collaboration with the German Aerospace Center (DLR), exploring Human Factors in complex systems. She also completed an internship in psychotherapy, gaining insight into interpersonal communication and emotional sensitivity. With expertise in experimental design, survey methodology, and data analysis, Veronika uses these skills to uncover valuable insights, believing that research is key to understanding human behavior and creating meaningful concepts.
